Q: Who is eligible to join the M2T Program? ​

A: You have to be eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis for the duration of the program. Anyone can apply. The right skills are more important than the right qualifications. While M2T is mainly a graduate program, we are open to applications from those who have been out of university for a few years or those who are looking for a career change.

Q: How will I be notified? ​

A: If your application is shortlisted, you will be notified via email and you will be expected to join a panel interview. Final offers will also be given via email.

Q: I have applied but haven’t heard anything back. What now?​

A:  Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to get back to every applicant. If you have not heard back from us before the deadline of the next stage then unfortunately your application hasn’t been successful.

Q: When does the program begin and end?​

A: The program will run from July 2024 through June 2025.

Q: How long are my rotations? Do I get to choose the companies that I will work for?​

A: Rotations are dour months in length. Roles will be assigned to candidates; however, we do ensure to take in your best interests and give you a holistic experience by working with a brand, a technology company, and an agency.

 

Q: How do you determine the final cohort?
A: Our mission as a collective is to improve the talent in the industry with like-minded individuals. As a result, our selection criteria is completely merit-based towards those who we believe are the best culture and character fit.
