Job Title: Associate - M2T Collective Rotational Program

 

About the M2T Collective

At M2T, we believe that we can improve the marketing, media and technology space with our most powerful asset - talent. Each candidate will experience a 360° perspective of the marketing, media, and technology space. Over the course of a year, associates will work for a brand, an agency, and a tech company - all in the heart of downtown Toronto. In addition, M2T pairs each candidate with an industry leader for one-to-one mentorship, whilst providing the associates access to key industry events and conferences.

Job Decription
Each associate member will be placed in the Marketing, Account Management and/or Strategy/Planning divisions within the companies outlined above. This may include - but is open to each company’s discretion - the following responsibilities:

  • Optimizing and support on building out brand and media campaigns so that they can succeed in achieving their campaign objectives

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (like sales, product, and design) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with company goals.

  • Manage projects across disciplines with the opportunity to get experience in

  • Organizing and managing communications for the release and scheduling of promotional campaigns and branding events

  • Coordinating with media vendors to support client's day-to-day media planning and strategy across digital, programmatic, TV, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.

  • Implementing marketing plans to build the M2T brand and recruit for the next cohort

Status & Duration:
Full time, 1-year rotational program from July 2024 - June 2025. (4 months at each of the 3 companies)
Start Date: July 2024

Job Requirements
  • Looking for candidates with a post-secondary degree/diploma in any field.

  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada full-time for the duration of the program.

Qualifications:

Based on the firm rotational placements, suitable skills are skewed towards marketing, management, and sales. Candidates must have a keen sense for problem-solving and be able to multitask in a fast-paced, driven environment. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is considered an asset.
